We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Executive with our Dallas, TX location to handle the clientele needs. The serving industry is focused on bringing business and providing workforce solutions to the clients along with assisting in the social media and marketing needs of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and development of marketing strategies.
  • Cold calling prospective clients to establish business relationships and present services.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Arranging face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential clients.
  • Assisting clients in filling daily manpower requirements by coordinating openings with the recruitment team and managing team performance.
  • Organizing, categorizing, and prioritizing sales leads, collecting market data, and translating customer needs to the sales team.
  • Utilizing social media networks, such as LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage clients.
  • Adapting innovative business ideas to maximize sales and target partnerships with potential clients.
  • Following up promptly with potential clients to ensure lead conversion.
  • Establishing and developing a business network.
  • Guiding the complete sales cycle from the "Initial Opportunity" phase to a "Closed Won" status.
  • Offering sales volume forecasts for relevant periods, presenting best-case and most likely scenarios.
  • Conducting customer presentations, submitting opportunities, managing activity reports, and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
  • Developing and retaining a functional understanding of the company's products, services, and operations.
  • Collaborating closely with operations managers to foster cooperative relationships and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Recording sales data in the CRM system or other designated sales call software.
  • Achieving or surpassing the defined sales threshold/quota.
  • Engaging collaboratively with other sales and operational staff to foster a team-selling environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business developing/sales-focused job duties specifically in the IT services industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Position level commensurate with experience, will consider candidates with:
    • Degree or Military experience with demonstrated aptitude and desire to sell.
    • Candidate with a strong understanding of IT Service Sales/Solutions with demonstrated aptitude and desire to sell.
    • Candidate with IT Solutions or Solutions based operations management experience interested in outside sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve required results.
  • Must have strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
  • Must have strong client communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues.
  • Effective planning and organization skills are required to schedule appointments appropriately and to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
