Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Own Caris Detect social media strategy/presence across priority channels, ensuring consistent messaging, scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality execution.
  • Develop/manage social media editorial calendar with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Create, publish, optimize, and analyze content using audience insights and analytics.
  • Coordinate with Creative/Digital Marketing so content aligns with integrated campaigns and product launches.
  • Lead executive social media strategy to advance leadership/authoritative thought leadership.
  • Build and execute influencer/ambassador/creator programs supporting commercial priorities and customer engagement.
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and manage relationships with creators and trusted voices (including HCPs, patient advocates, etc.).
  • Partner with the Patient Advocacy team to align influencer/social efforts with advocacy and community engagement.
  • Direct agency/external partners; review/approve content and campaigns.
  • Use social listening and trend monitoring to inform strategy; monitor brand sentiment and competitive activity.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms/technologies; establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting tied to business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years leading social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, digital engagement, or community building (healthcare/diagnostics/biotech/medical devices/consumer health preferred).
  • Proven success driving measurable business results via social/influencer/community strategies.
  • Strong understanding of building trust/community/cultural relevance via creators/influencers.
  • Experience managing agencies and talent partnerships.
  • Exceptional written communication/storytelling and content development.
  • Strong analytics and campaign measurement.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in consumer health/wellness/performance brands.
  • Healthcare/life sciences commercialization experience.
