About the Role
We're partnering with a growing medical aesthetics practice seeking a hands-on Growth Leader to help scale the business, build a strong team, and drive revenue. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role working closely with ownership to shape the future of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth
Partner with ownership on business strategy and expansion plans
Execute marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team
Optimize client experience, upselling, and memberships
Support daily operations, scheduling, and workflow improvements
Requirements
3-7+ years of experience in business growth, operations, or leadership roles (medical aesthetics, med spa, or beauty/wellness industry preferred, but not required)
Proven experience in business growth, client acquisition, or revenue generation
Strong background in marketing, sales, or business development
