Position Overview

Shadow To Light Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate team. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for greater flexibility and work-life balance. Utilizing advanced telehealth platforms, therapists conduct virtual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to provide emotional support and behavioral health services tailored to individual client needs.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages clients to openly discuss their thoughts and feelings.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish and track their personal mental health goals through regular check-ins and progress assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that respect the unique experiences and challenges faced by each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices in the field of mental health.
• Document session notes and treatment progress accurately within secure electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Shadow To Light Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress management issues. Our holistic approach considers both mental and physical health, allowing practitioners to take a comprehensive view of client care.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in individual and group therapy settings, with a focus on treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in a virtual context, to ensure clarity and connection with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing online platforms for therapy and management of client engagement.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic methods or experience working in outpatient therapy settings may be preferred. Familiarity with contemporary mental health challenges and trends will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to the field. Additional benefits include:
