MECO Engineering is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and empoweredโ€”when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. We are a multi-disciplined firm specializing in civil, mechanical/electrical, and structural engineering, as well as land surveying services. Since 1985, we have been assisting rural communities and water districts in meeting their public works needs. Our team-based problem-solving approach, combined with decades ofย  experience, allows us to deliver uniquely creative solutions to todayโ€™s complex regulatory and funding challenges. Our projects, spanning from wastewater systems to transportation infrastructure, are a testament to our dedication to quality and innovation.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and designers while managing workloads, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support and oversee structural projects from concept through construction in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, supporting relationship management and business development efforts.
  • Participate in proposal development, client meetings, and industry events, including occasional non-office hours.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional management or department leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering staff.
  • PMP certification.

Compensation

  • This position offers a salary range of $120,000-140,000 per year along with comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.
