Night shift (2 pm-12 am) Sunday - Thursday-alternative Saturday.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (vacuum sealers, band saws, dicers, slicers, grinders, etc.)
  • Carry out lubrication, mechanical adjustments, and electrical inspections in accordance with preventive routines.
  • Diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and follow all safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
  • Respond to maintenance work orders promptly & record maintenance activities in reports or maintenance systems.
  • Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment & support predictive maintenance programs.

Preferred experience:
  • Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields (Equivalent experience may be considered).
  • 2-5 years in industrial maintenance; experience in the food preferable.
  • Knowledge of USDA/SQF/SOP/GMPs (is a plus).
  • Basic to intermediate electrical and electronic systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Reading electrical and mechanical diagrams.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English). Must be able to read and write in English to perform necessary documentation.
