On-site (Warehouse/Distribution Center-Kansas City)


Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain, repair, and support automated equipment such as conveyor systems and basic robotics used in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in hands-on technical work and starting a career in automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment

  • Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyor systems

  • Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment

  • Assist with installation and repair of:

    • Sensors (photo-eyes, proximity sensors)

    • Motors and motor starters

    • Switches, relays, and control components

  • Identify issues and report equipment problems

  • Work closely with operations and maintenance team members

  • Keep work areas clean and organized


Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED

  • 13 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical work
    (Trade school, internships, or entry-level roles count)

  • Basic understanding of tools and equipment

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a technical field


Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Coursework or degree in mechanical, electrical, or robotics-related field

  • Experience with conveyor systems or automation equipment
