Truck Shop Labor- Kilgore, Texas
Waste Connections | $18/hr.|Full-Time + OT + Benefits
Join Waste Connections as a Truck Shop Labor and keep our fleet running strong! We're hiring entry level shop laborer to help with repairs on garbage trucks-covering everything from hydraulics and electrical to engine systems. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, occasional Saturdays.

Minimum responsibilities are:
  • Assist mechanics with basic tasks and general shop duties
  • Perform heavy lifting, moving equipment, and helping position vehicles or parts
  • Run for parts, tools, and materials from suppliers or storage areas

  • Dispose of trash, used parts, and shop materials properly

  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly.
