Job description

Sodexo Energy & Resources is hiring an Operations Manager 1, Multi-Service in Pascagoula, MS. The role supports refinery shutdowns, turnarounds, facility operations, and facility site/land planning through hands-on logistics coordination.

Supports refinery operations by coordinating site logistics, including access, staging, material movement, temporary facilities, and traffic flow. Resolves logistical challenges, communicates updates, and maintains safety and compliance standards.

Lead daily operations for two or more core service areas at a client site, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. Implement operational strategies that support client objectives, drive performance, and contribute to profitable growth. Supervise team members, allocate resources, monitor operating standards, and develop new programs to enhance service offerings.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $74290 per year - $96140 per year
