Position Summary
Solenis' Savannah facility is seeking a skilled and safety-minded Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join our operations team. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for leading and coordinating all plant maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key Roles
  • Responsible for maintenance planning, work order management, and execution.
  • Responsible for the plant Mechanical Integrity program.
  • Provide direct leadership and day-to-day direction to the maintenance team.
  • Serve as a key participant in PSM activities such as Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), and Incident Investigations.
  • Provide technical assistance in process improvements studies as required to support plant productivity, quality, and EHS initiatives.
  • Responsible for execution of plant maintenance and the plant maintenance budget.
  • Provide interface between the plant and central engineering group for large capital projects
  • Provide leadership and participation on plant teams to improve productivity, quality, and reduce cost.
  • Manage critical spare parts and storeroom inventory
  • Willing & capable to lead and/or participate on site teams, as well as corporate teams.
  • Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and executing permit documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and timely project approvals

Qualifications
  • BS ME or BS ChE, or other applicable technical discipline
  • 5 years minimum industrial experience in chemical process environment or similar.
  • 1 - 3 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with RMP/PSM standards
  • Maintenance planning and management experience
  • Plant maintenance experience
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs

The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
