JOB DESCRIPTION Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Manager
  • Must have eight or more years of professional mechanical engineering experience as well as an electrical engineering or mechanical engineering degree to be considered
  • Must have two years of design experience with both drives and rotating equipment like motors
  • Pay up to $170,000
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • No remote

This full-time, permanent Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Manager career opportunity is at a smaller but growing and established manufacturer that has no competition. The company is focused on growing their marketplace. They have a respected brand name and continue to reinvent themselves.

This position could grow to the head of the engineering group and/or take over for the VP of Manufacturing. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

  • A mechanical engineering degree or an electrical engineering degree
  • Eight or more years of professional mechanical engineering experience
  • Two or more years of design experience with rotating equipment like motors
  • Two or more years of design experience with Variable Speed Drives
  • Two or more years of leading a team of engineers
  • Possess an understanding of variable speed drives and electrical motors
  • Possess a solid work history
  • Being a US citizen or green card holder
  • Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
