Job Description

  • Design, analyze, and test product lines
  • Troubleshooting and resolution
  • Perform structural and thermal performance calculations
  • Testing product lines 
  • Testing equipment
  • Working cross-functionally with the sales, manufacturing, quality, and customers
  • Interpret and gather data from testing
  • Implementing design improvements
  • Introducing and training on new manufacturing processes
  • Updating training documentation
  • Enforcing safety and compliance
  • Contact vendors as needed
  • All other duties as assigned  

Qualifications

 

  • 2-5 years of design experience required
  • Experience working with pressure vessels, fluid handling systems, or similar industries.
  • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in relevant standards such as ASME, showcasing knowledge of industry benchmarks.
  • Application of engineering principles and techniques to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Proficient understanding and application of various fabrication methods and installation procedures.
  • Comprehensive grasp of materials, encompassing their characteristics, tolerances, and limitations across a broad spectrum.
  • Fundamental comprehension of the functioning of diverse mechanical systems.
