Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Help maintain and improve our ISO9001:2015 QMS.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve safety, and improve product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformities and quality issues.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality of products.
  • Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes and quality systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on quality standards and best practices.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with CAD/SolidWorks software and manufacturing process simulation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • ERP System experience - ECI/Macola is a plus.
