Join our team for an intensive three month internship program designed to immerse you in the world of

Autonomous Vehicles. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to provide essential support to our team.

This program is also viewed as a potential pathway to a full-time role, and outstanding interns may be offered a

full time position upon successful completion.


Mission

As part of the global Field Services team, the Field Service Support Intern will assist Field Service Engineers in

deploying and maintaining the regional vehicle fleet. Interns will support customers remotely and on site,

assist with training activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of our processes and best practices,

by providing regular feedback to your manager and creating or updating documents while in the office.


Role: Field Service & Project Support Intern

Interns will be placed in a hybrid support role, assisting Field Service Engineers with technical and operational

tasks while also supporting project management and office activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to

both field operations and project administration, providing a well rounded understanding of the autonomous

vehicle business.


Job Description

The Field Service Support Intern Responsibilities include:


● Assist in vehicle setup and deployment, and contribute to product support and improvement by

providing on site feedback under the guidance of a Field Service Engineer.

● Assist customers in the operation of TractEasy vehicles

● Assist with installation and configuration of autonomous hardware and software components as

needed

● Get exposure to the company's help desk ticketing system.

● Participate in the vehicles commissioning and on site delivery processes.

● Help identify potential risks during field and project activities and communicate them to the project

team.

● Support customer interactions as needed, learning best practices for communication and customer

satisfaction alongside experienced team members.

● Assist with office based tasks, project coordination, administrative tasks, and support for the Project

Manager as needed.

● This position will be based at a customer site with occasional travel to local sites and a trip to the

Denver office.

● Assist with preparation of client reports, presentations, and communications.

● Support project feasibility studies by compiling data, preparing assessment documents, and assisting

in report creation.

● Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

● Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s engineering degree, or equivalent education in Automotive, Robotics, or

a related field

● Must be eligible to work during the full three month internship period

● A standard vehicle drivers license is required


Technical skills

● Basic knowledge of automotive, robotic, or similar maintenance concepts

● Appetite for automation technology

● Familiarity with CAN bus, vehicle electrical systems, or hydraulic systems is a plus

● Familiarity with office software (Microsoft outlook, Google Workspace, Jira, etc.).


Soft skills

● Good presentation and communication skills

● Able to work independently

● Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and

fast-paced environment.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Able to work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
