Your Impact
  • Serve as the owner for the design, testing, and productionizing of your products.
  • Develop, tune, and test control algorithms
  • Validate proof of concept software on research equipment operating in the field.
  • Evaluate field failures and implement design changes
  • Work on continuous improvement projects.

Your Experience and qualifications
  • Interact with and assist product support with resolving field support issues. Use cutting-edge engineering design, modeling, and rapid prototyping tools to assist in research and invention of new product designs
  • Collaborate with our in-house attorney to draft patent applications for inventions you create. You will have the opportunity to see your own ideas for helping farmers come to reality
  • U.S. travel is expected, ranging from 5%-10%. Solid modeling of mechanical parts using Creo or similar tools. Creation of detailed part prints as necessary for prototype and production parts
  • Familiarity with prototyping techniques: 3D printing, machining, fabrication, instrumentation, and data analysis. Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate the ability to brainstorm out-of-the-box solutions
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude and experience. You have humility to accept the best solution to a problem, even if it's not yours. Convey an eagerness and optimism about the future of agriculture

Your CompensationThis position will pay within the range of $54,797 - $110,000 , based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% of compensation.
