Imaging Service Engineer
Location: Tyler, TX
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Imaging Service Engineer to join our growing technical team, which supports advanced medical imaging systems across the Tyler region. This is a hands-on role responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of diagnostic imaging equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring system uptime, performance reliability, and high levels of customer satisfaction across hospital and clinical environments. Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain medical imaging systems within your assigned region
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults
Perform preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks
Complete detailed service documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with clinical staff
Required Experience:
Skills: Minimum 2+ years' experience servicing or installing medical imaging equipment
Strong working knowledge of multi-modality imaging equipment
Experience with big iron is desirable
Exposure to CT, MR, X-Ray, Nuclear Medicine
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability.
Ability to manage a regional territory independently
Professional communication and customer service skills.

Base salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience and modality expertise)
