  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to transition into commercial systems
  • HVAC/R training, certification, or hands-on field experience preferred
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • A strong work ethic, professionalism, and desire to build a long-term career in commercial HVAC

We are especially interested in technicians who are ready to move beyond residential service and develop into commercial service specialists.

Requirements

  •  Completion of an HVAC/R program, technical diploma, or equivalent field experience preferred
  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • Ability to perform physically demanding field work

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and mechanical spaces
  • Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and movement throughout the day
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions and industrial/commercial environments
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic HVAC equipment

Why Join Us

  • True commercial HVAC service environment
  •  Daily Overtime Pay Structure for Full-Time Service Technicians

  • Structured dispatch, leadership, and field support system
  • Ongoing training and career development in commercial service
  • Stable, growing company with strong safety and operational standards
  • Clear opportunity to build a long-term career path in commercial HVAC
