What You Will Do in This Role?
  • Lead product assembly and verification methods
  • Create clear electro-mechanical assembly instructions and work documentation
  • Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to manufacturing teams
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and support product transfers into production
  • Define quality checks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Create photos, videos, and visual aids for manufacturing and training
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvements
  • Support manufacturing software and system requirements
What You Will Need for This Role?
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, aerospace, or similar technical experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience coaching, training, or mentoring others
  • Experience creating work instructions, procedures, or training documents
  • Familiarity with assembly processes, torque specifications, hand tools, and quality standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately two trips per quarter
  • Basic understanding of computer systems or software concepts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or Manufacturing
  • ASE, FAA, Lean, Six Sigma, or other technical certifications
  • CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
  • Technical writing experience
  • Experience in medical devices, regulated manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
