What you'll be doing as a Mechanic:
  • Maintain and service all trucks and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement a routine maintenance schedule for all equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Perform repairs on small engines and large diesel equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
  • Handle material deliveries to support crews and retail operations as needed.
  • Weld and repair equipment/tools, ensuring all machines are in top working condition.
  • Transport and move heavy equipment to job sites as required.
  • Keep the shop organized and well-maintained, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Order and manage parts inventory for ongoing equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with fleet management, ensuring all vehicles are compliant with safety standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures, using problem-solving skills to keep equipment in peak performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize repairs and maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.

What you'll bring to the table as a Mechanic:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a relevant field
  • Valid driver's license
