Job Summary:
An Express Service Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication, and inspections, ensuring vehicle performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform emissions inspections, safety checks and similar state-regulated vehicle examinations.
  • Produce legible and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.
  • Must read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Understanding of automotive systems.
  • Ability to use the diagnostic equipment and tools including power tools.
  • Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to provide friendly customer service.

Education and Experience:
  • Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training preferred.
