Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville is looking for an experienced, motivated Shop Foreman to join our growing Service Department.
This is an opportunity for a proven automotive professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and help lead a high-performing team of technicians. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership, accountability, organization, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Located in Clarksville, Indiana, Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville serves customers throughout Southern Indiana and the greater Louisville area. Our dealership has been serving the community for more than 50 years and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead and support the technician team on a daily basis
  • Assist technicians with difficult diagnostics and complex repairs
  • Help assign and prioritize repair orders based on technician skill and workload
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for technicians
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer standards
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional shop
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to keep vehicles moving through the shop
  • Assist with quality control and final repair verification
  • Help develop technicians through coaching, training, and hands-on support
