The Mechanic/Shop Manager oversees daily operations of the repair shop, ensuring efficient vehicle and equipment maintenance while maintaining safety standards. This role involves hands-on repair work on vehicles, trucks, trailers, and lawn and landscape equipment using standard automotive tools, with minimal travel required.

Responsibilities
