Raison d'être du poste :

Relevant du directeur de la maintenance, le Mécanicien de maintenance assure l’entretien préventif et correctif des équipements mécaniques de production utilisés. Il veille à la fiabilité des machines en effectuant des diagnostics, des réparations et des ajustements selon les normes de qualité et de sécurité en vigueur dans l’industrie aéronautique.
Responsabilités :

  • Lire et interpréter des plans et schémas techniques;
  • Assembler, ajuster et remettre en service les équipements mécaniques;
  • Effectuer l’analyse et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour corriger les défaillances mécaniques;
  • Manipuler les pièces à l’aide de l’équipement de manutention (palan, chariot élévateur, etc.);
  • Effectuer les inspections, entretiens préventifs et remplacements de pièces;
  • Nettoyer, lubrifier et assurer l’entretien régulier des machines;
  • Collaborer avec la production pour minimiser les arrêts;
  • Appliquer les normes de sécurité et de qualité (AS9100);
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

  • Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en mécanique industrielle, électromécanique ou tout autre domaine connexe.

Purpose of the position:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Mechanic ensures the preventive and corrective maintenance of the mechanical production equipment used. He ensures the reliability of the machines by carrying out diagnostics, repairs and adjustments according to the quality and safety standards in force in the aeronautical industry.
Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams;
  • Assemble, adjust and recommission mechanical equipment;
  • Perform analysis and implement solutions to correct mechanical failures;
  • Handle parts using handling equipment (hoist, forklift, etc.);
  • Perform inspections, preventive maintenance and parts replacements;
  • Clean, lubricate and ensure regular maintenance of the machines;
  • Collaborate with production to minimize downtime;
  • Enforce safety and quality standards (AS9100);
  • Any other related tasks.

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in industrial mechanics, electromechanics or any other related field.
Technical skills:
