HiFyve is hiring a High-Speed Bottling Maintenance Technician in Columbia, MO!


Pay: $35.00 โ€“ $45.00/hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Location: Columbia, MO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with high-speed bottling experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed bottling and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bottling lines and related equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Support production teams to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards
  • Utilize CMMS to track work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage or food production preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with high-speed bottling or packaging equipment
