About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable mechanical technician to join our small polymer concrete manufacturing team. You will support day-to-day production, test concrete specimens, keep inventory and assist with process improvements. Training on our specific materials and methods will be provided.
Responsibilities

· Help with the production of concrete samples for research purposes
· Help building custom molds
· Maintain the workplace in orderly and clean conditions
· Maintain inventory of materials and consumables
· Communicate effectively any issues with concrete samples to help improve the products
· Support general production and shop activities
Critical Abilities
· Comfortable and competent with power tools and hand tools
· Ability to measure precisely and work accurately
· Strong teamwork skills
· Good record-keeping habits
· Ability to lift more than 50 lbs regularly
· Safety-oriented mindset
· Proactive and willing to learn and grow within the company
Preferred Experience (a plus, not required)

· Masonry, carpentry, or mechanic background
· Bilingual (Spanish and Portuguese preferred)
