  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical building systems or energy-driven infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience leading projects and managing engineering or cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certifications are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in HVAC system design, load calculations, equipment selection, air and fluid distribution, and central plant systems.
  • Experience defining sequences of operation and integrating mechanical systems with BAS platforms.
  • Proven ability to conduct system retrofits, upgrades, and performance optimization analyses.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable codes, safety standards, and environmental/regulatory considerations.
  • Skilled in creating Basis of Design documents, narratives, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Experience coordinating mechanical designs with electrical, structural, controls, and architectural teams.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and influence cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to convert technical value into meaningful business outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders.

Benefits
