BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
  • 5 years of related experience with High School diploma/GED and/or certification in assigned area preferred.
  • Required PPE:
  • MSA Comfo Classic Half/Full Face Respirators or
  • RESPIRATOR 3M SPEEDGLASS PAPR 9100MP ADFLO (Must have a approval from H&S)
  • 1401173 3M DBI SALA EXOFIT X100 14 Harness
  • 3500276 Nano-Lok Edge Twin leg PER.Self Retract Lanyards
  • MSA Skull Gard Hard Hat- Appropriate size
  • Welding shield compatible with MSA Skull Gard Hard Hat with shields
  • 3M PELTOR Optime 95 Earmuffs H6B/V ***WE DON'T USE EAR PLUGS***
  • Kleenguard Calico safety glasses

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepares surfaces for painting by performing various operations such as washing, stripping and masking.
  • Cleans interior and exterior as required and performs basic brush, dip and spray stripper operations.
  • Mixes and applies chemicals such as cleaners, brighteners and solvent for use and performs the application of the conversion coat to details, assemblies and the entire structure.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS
First Shift 6:00AM to 4:30PM MON-THURS/ 6:00AM to 2:30PM FRI

  • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
