Experienced Deboner

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Rate: $22.00$25.00 per hour (based on experience) + overtime available

About the Role

PeopleConnect Staffing is currently hiring experienced Deboners for a busy meat processing facility in Mississauga. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in deboning meat in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Debone meat efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Use knives and other hand tools safely and accurately.
  • Trim meat according to customer and production specifications.
  • Maintain consistent productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Inspect products for quality and remove defects when required.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

  • Previous deboning experience in a meat processing facility is required.
  • Strong knife handling and cutting skills.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold environment.
  • Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
