What You'll Do

Every day brings a new opportunity to perfect your craft. You'll:

  • Process beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and other meats into customer-requested cuts.
  • Trim, debone, and prepare meat with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Package and label products for retail sale and customer orders.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain meat processing equipment safely.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
