WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain Department Organization and Standards
Keeps the department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times. Rotates stock regularly and removes expired or unsellable products.
Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing
Ensures all merchandise is correctly signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices
Adheres to food safety and cold chain standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration date compliance.
Prepare and Serve Deli Products
Takes customer orders and prepares deli items such as meat, cheese, and fried chicken. Uses slicers, stackers, rotisserie ovens, deep fryers, and other tools safely to prepare food, fill display cases, and complete special customer orders.
Health and Safety Compliance
Follows all Health and Safety guidelines and Company policies to maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment.
Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
