Job description

CMI, INc is currently looking for experienced Concrete Cutters for full time work in the Pompano area. Must have a valid driver's license.

This position involves precisley cutting, sawing and drilling concrete, asphalt and masonry using specialized tools like flat saws, wall saws and core drills to create openings for doors, windows or demolition requiring strong physical stamina, safety awareness, and teamwork to work on diverse construction projects.

Key duties include equipment operation, layout, maintenance, site prep, and ensuring quality work, often requiring a high school diploma and adherence to strict safety protocols.

Requirement include:

-Must have a minimum of one year core drilling, concrete sawing, cutting and/or removal experience.

-Solid experience with concrete sawing, cutting and/or removal

-Proficiency in any or all of the following diesel and or electric concrete sawing, core drilling, slab sawing, ---wall sawing, wire sawing, demo and grinding - for concrete skilled cutters.

-Strong mechanical abilities

-Willing to work hard and work overtime

-Able to lift & move 70lbs or more

-Willing to work in weather conditions that may be adverse (hot/cold/rain)

-Mathematical aptitude helpful (willing to train measurements & calculations)

-Pay will be based on experience
