Skinny’s BBQ is a rapidly growing, high‐energy BBQ restaurant serving up authentic Texas‐style smoked meats and scratch‐made sides. Position Overview

We are seeking a Back of House Line Server who can confidently handle meat carving, portioning, and side preparation in a fast‐paced service environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, stays organized, and brings positive energy to the kitchen every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carve, slice, and portion smoked meats with accuracy and speed

  • Prepare and portion sides according to Skinny’s BBQ standards
