Assistant Manager
Good work ethic, highly motivated, organized, and responsible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills. High school degree or equivalent required. Some college or post-high school training preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift more than 80 pounds. 50-60 hours per week.
 

Assistant Manager for Marino's Market. Able to manage employees, work any shift and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

About the Company:

In 1925, Tony and Mary Marino proudly founded Marino's Grocery. They started a tradition of providing admirable service to their community. In 1953, Joe C. Marino “Papa Joe” carried on the same tradition with Marino's Supermarket. His mission was to serve his local Birmingham community with quality meats, produce and groceries at affordable prices. Today the stores are ran by Papa Joe’s son, Anthony Marino (third generation) and his grandson AJ Marino (fourth generation). Marino’s still continues to hold the same values that started over 90 years ago. Marino's strives to uphold the tradition of having clean, friendly stores with the best quality meats that will always be the top priority.
