About Mease Countryside Hospital:
Mease Countryside Hospital, part of the BayCare Health System, is a premier community hospital known for its patient-centered care and excellence in women’s health services. We offer advanced obstetric and gynecologic care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide 24/7 in-hospital obstetric and gynecologic care, focusing on labor and delivery, triage, and emergent consultations. This position emphasizes hospital-based practice with no outpatient clinic responsibilities, promoting work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage labor and delivery, triage, and postpartum care
  • Provide emergent OB/GYN consultations throughout the hospital
  • Collaborate with anesthesiology, neonatology, nursing, and other hospital teams
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
