PartTime Executive / Personal Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
Flexible / Hybrid | 10-15 hrs/week | $30-$45/hr
We are seeking a parttime executive or senior administrative assistant to help a client organize and simplify personal and financial administration during a transitional period. This is a projectbased, temporary role (3-6 months) with potential to extend.
Focus areas include:
- Going paperless and creating simple, sustainable filing systems
- Organizing documents and workflows
- Assisting with tools like QuickBooks, Dropbox, email, and basic tech setup
- Helping prioritize and move projects forward collaboratively
Ideal background:
- Former or current Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Calm, detailoriented, and patient
- Comfortable working closely with one individual
