Job description

KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Springport, MI at Green Meadows who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff. This position is part time position with 18 hours per week.

  • Property management experience (Rural Development / Tax Credit experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Budgeting experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
