Meadow Ridge is the premier life care retirement community in Fairfield County, located on 136 acres in beautiful Redding, Connecticut. Our goal, every day, is to make our residents feel at home, because when they are with us at Meadow Ridge, it is their home. In this unique and enriching environment, we offer Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, as well as a skilled Health Center where we provide our residents with quality care and services.
Seeking to fill the current available shift schedules:
FT 7a -3p
FT 3p -11p
7a -3p e/o weekend
PT 3p-11p
PT 11p -7a
Hourly Wage Range $20-$21.25
Shift differentials are paid when you work the 2nd, 3rd and/or weekend shifts. The hourly shift differential rates are $1.50, $2.00 and $1.00 respectively.
Must be a CT State Certified CNA to be considered for employment
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment in our Assisted Living neighborhoods.
CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.
