NOW HIRING
• Full-Time RN - 30 hours/week, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with every other weekend
• Part-Time RN - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend
$5000 Sign on Bonus for FT RNs
$2500 paid after 60 days, $2500 paid after 90 days

Hourly Wage Range: $47-$51/hour
Additional Earnings Opportunities:

Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional nursing care within a warm, comfortable, and resident-focused environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding clinical outcomes and personalized service.
Responsibilities
• Accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status
• Observe and report significant changes in resident condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare providers
• Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants
• Promote resident independence while meeting care needs
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Support a culture of dignity, respect, and exceptional service
Qualifications
• Current Connecticut RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• One to two years of nursing experience preferred
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills
