What You'll Do

As aResidential Field Sales Supervisor, you'll lead a team of field sales representatives and contractor partners to exceed sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives through field training and ride-alongs
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Drive Sales Performance

  • Achieve and exceed established sales quotas and territory goals
  • Monitor prospecting, closing ratios, and sales productivity metrics

Lead From the Field

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Spotio, and ICOMS preferred (can be trained)
