Responsibilities:
• Drive thought leadership in MDM platform selection and strategy, with expert knowledge of leading platforms such as Informatica IDMC and Reltio.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and pharma regulatory changes impacting data management practices.

• Own end-to-end technical solution architecture, ensuring alignment with client near-term and strategic objectives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between client business and IT teams.
• Ensure solution quality through review of test strategies, test plans, and test cases, and oversight of their successful execution.
• Perform hands-on MDM configurations and integrations as needed.

• Design and execute processes that drive operational efficiency and support long-term MDM sustainment.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of AI/GenAI capabilities within modern MDM platforms, including agentic use cases such as automated stewardship, intelligent entity resolution, and exception-handling.
• Fluent in Large Language Models (LLMs) and experienced in designing and developing AI Agents; evaluate, guide, and govern their application across MDM domains (HCP/HCO/Product/Account) with appropriate human-in-the-loop and data governance controls.
• Actively contribute to pre-sales and business development for the MDM practice.
• Develop GenAI-driven MDM use cases, POCs, demos, and accelerators showcasing Axtria’s end-to-end MDM capabilities across Life Sciences commercial, medical and clinical domains.
• Author thought leadership content — point-of-views, white papers, and solution frameworks — addressing client pain points.
• Lead and contribute to RFP responses in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and contribute to Axtria’s MDM capability design and build.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; strengthen MDM technical competencies across the team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management, leading MDM strategy, implementation, and adoption.
• 5+ years of progressive technical architect experience in Reltio or Informatica IDMC, with a track record of designing and implementing MDM solutions for mid-to-large-scale organizations.

• Functional knowledge of master data relevance and impact on Pharma Commercial, Medical, and/or R&D functions; Life Sciences commercial or clinical operations experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG fundamentals, embeddings, and model evaluation/monitoring.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled data quality, entity resolution, and stewardship automation with strong governance and compliance considerations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and logical data modelling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to lead discussions with technical and business leaders.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills; comfortable working with large data sets.
