Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product.
  • 4+ years of hands-on implementation and production support experience with IBM MDM.
  • Expert in .NET and API.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM MDM Customization including Extension Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match/Merge Rules, Event Manager, and Notification.
  • Expert in Java JEE development background with RSA, RAD, Websphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP, Web Services, XML, XSD, and WSDL.
  • Experience in working with Linux/Unix.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment including troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to MDM AE such as data loading problems, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
  • Work closely with other teams such as development and database administration to resolve production-related issues and ensure seamless operation.
  • Use ticketing systems to document and track production issues ensuring timely resolution and follow-up, and conduct root cause analyses.
