Job description


The Senior Account Manager is responsible for coordinating the sales of Mast Climbing Work Platforms, Scaffold, Construction Hoists, Shoring, Swing Stage installation, and dismantlement services, and other types of access solutions to achieve world-class customer satisfaction. Successfully close competitive business in the Texas area and surrounding states.
Key Tasks & Duties:
  • Create and execute a sales plan for meeting operations goals.
  • Understand the market and scaffolding industry and what drives customer success.
  • Establish relationships with new and existing customers to develop and maintain long-term service contracts. Work with customers and our services team to develop creative cost-effective solutions.
  • Perform jobsites walks and review designs/plans to prepare customer proposals. Routinely travel throughout assigned territory/customer base making sales calls.
  • Provide sound written business correspondence in the form of letters, sales proposals, service contracts, etc.
  • Represent MDM Scaffolding in a professional and ethical manner with integrity.
  • Provide solution/results orientated presentations to customers as well as to MDM management.
