Job description

McLeod Health Resource Pool

The Mcleod Health Resource Pool provides an alternative work model allowing for control of your schedule to match your lifestyle. Broaden your work experience floating among several McLeod facilities or take a long-term assignment, working only one. Your Life- Your Time- Your Choice!

Program Options:

  • Float to 4 McLeod Hospital locations = $60/hr.; minimum of 12 hour shift every 6 weeks.
  • Float to 6 McLeod Hospital locations = $65/hr.; minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks.
  • Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $40/hr. plus $1,080 stipend each week. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option.
  • Long Term Assignment= work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $70/hr. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option

Candidates must have 2 years current PT experience.

McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. The hospitals within McLeod Health include: McLeod Regional Medical Center, McLeod Health Dillon, McLeod Health Loris, McLeod Health Seacoast, McLeod Health Cheraw, McLeod Health Clarendon and McLeod Behavioral Health.
