Job description

Position Overview:

A certified and experienced McLaren or European Highline Service Technician will perform general vehicle repair and maintenance functions with minimal supervision. The individual must be detail-oriented with a high standard of quality and a goal of excellent workmanship to ensure that all customers have had professional, safe and high-quality services supplied to their automobile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicles, verifying repair order details
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repair or replace vehicle components
  • Keep accurate documentation on all vehicle repair details
  • Provide clear and timely follow-up to Service Advisors on vehicle repair status and preventative maintenance recommendations
  • Keep current with brand manufacturer and ASE trainings
  • Maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

  • Driver’s License report in “good standing” from the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles.
  • Abide by Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles laws, as well as follow company policy on driving company and customer vehicles.
  • Dealership experience, luxury brand preferred
  • Must be a team player with an optimistic attitude
  • Solid work ethic with focus on both productivity, reliability and safety
  • Dedication to providing an unparalleled ownership experience for our clients

Physical Requirements:

  • Mobility to stand, stoop, bend, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs. 
  • Dexterity to use various work tools to diagnose and complete diverse maintenance repairs.
