OTR Tire Technician
McCarthy Tire Service - Rochester, NY
$23.00-$28.00 per hour | Full-Time | In Person

McCarthy Tire Service is looking for a Full-Time OTR Tire Technician to join our Rochester, NY team.

Responsibilities
  • Mount, dismount, repair, and service OTR, industrial, and commercial tires.
  • Perform on-site service calls, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Safely operate mini boom, tandem boom, and other service equipment.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers and team members.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of OTR tire experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
  • Experience with small, large, and industrial OTR tires preferred.
  • Mini boom or tandem boom truck experience preferred.
  • TIA and/or ETS certification preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
