You Have
  • 5+ years of experience with systems engineering lifecycle processes

  • Experience developing or interpreting core SysML diagrams, including Req, UC, ACT, SEQ, BDD, or IBD, to support internal team reviews

  • Knowledge of SysML fundamentals, including requirements, behavior, structure, and parameters

  • Knowledge of MBSE within the digital engineering ecosystem, including relationships between SE models, software development, PLM, ontology, and digital thread concepts

  • Ability to support conceptualization, development, testing, and deployment of engineered systems

  • Ability to open, navigate, and review SysML system models such as MagicDraw or Cameo, including navigating model hierarchies and diagram interconnections

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science

Nice If You Have
  • Experience with MBSE tools such as MagicDraw or Cameo, Teamwork Cloud, Cameo Collaborator, or Enterprise Architect

  • Experience applying advanced SysML, UAF, UPDM, or DoDAF modeling techniques, including model maturation for client reviews

  • Experience integrating MBSE models with simulation, analysis, CI/CD, or software development workflows

  • Ability to lead or mentor team members on digital engineering methods, model quality, and ecosystem alignment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
