With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. What You'll Do

  • Lead ModelBased Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts for largescale, multidisciplinary hardwarecentric systems
  • Drive requirements using the RFLoP framework (Requirements Functional Logical Physical) to ensure traceability and scalability
  • Develop and maintain SysML models and artifacts, including hierarchies, state machines, activity diagrams, and allocations
  • Translate systemlevel architectures into clear, executable subsystem specifications
  • Support the full systems engineering Vmodel, from requirements decomposition through verification and validation
  • Perform systemlevel modeling, simulation, and develop trade studies to guide technical decisions
  • Lead and contribute to design reviews, DFx coordination, and certification activities, partnering closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams

What Sets You Up for Success

  • Proven track record to collaborate effectively across hardware, software, and manufacturing organizations

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or equivalent work experince.
