Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
OR
Master's Degree + at least 18 graduate hours in Business Administration or related field.
2 years of relevant work experience in business.
3-5 years of experience teaching (higher education preferred).
General Summary
The Business Administration Program Director works directly with Business Administration faculty, CCC departments, and external partners to promote, organize, and implement Business Administration initiatives on behalf of CCC throughout the 25-county service area. The director will work with associate deans to manage course scheduling, expand community partnerships, and build internship opportunities.The director will lead business faculty meetings, support faculty onboarding, and facilitate curriculum review and improvement.This position will be split as 66/34, with 66% as the Director and 34% as instruction. Willperform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
