Job Title: Contracts Administrator Specialist
Location: 12838 Saticoy Street North Hollywood, CA 91605 Duration: 3 months to 6 months Brief Description:
• Administers and negotiates complex, high-value contracts to ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations and compliance with FAR/DFARS and international regulations. • Defines requirements, develops proposals, and leads pricing and term negotiations for new products and systems. Provides contractual leadership across programs, managing change control, risk mitigation, and customer relations. • Oversees order management, demand planning, and global trade compliance, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations. Investigates and resolves claims, prepares contract modifications, and ensures adherence to company policies and industry standards. • Serves as a subject matter expert and mentor in contract management best practices.
• Oversees product and technology classifications, licensing, restricted party screening, and compliance training, and advises business to mitigate legal and operational risks in global trade
• Maintains current professional and technical knowledge and may participate in professional associations (e.g., National Contract Management Association (NCMA); the International Association of Commercial Contract Management).
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration or a related discipline. • Contract management certification required (e.g., National Contract Management Association (NCMA); International Association of Commercial Contract Management (IACCM)) unless JD or MBA.
