Job description

Job Summary:
Winchester Interconnect is committed to inspiring innovative teams in a dynamic and inclusive environment. The Sr. Program Manager will oversee the business performance for Tier 1 Space customers, focusing on portfolio strategy, customer growth, and margin performance.
Responsibilities:
• Own full portfolio P&L performance for the Space division
• Deliver year-over-year revenue growth and sustained gross margin expansion
• Establish and execute pricing strategies to meet margin targets
• Drive quoting strategy, ROI analysis, and business case development for NPIs
• Own end-to-end program/product roadmap/lifecycle
• Identify margin improvement initiatives across programs and product lines
• Define and execute the Space portfolio roadmap aligned to long-term growth objectives
• Develop differentiated value propositions tailored to Tier 1 space customers
• Translate Voice of Customer (VoC) into strategic product investments
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform positioning and expansion
• Partner with Business Development to identify whitespace opportunities
• Serve as executive business owner for key Tier 1 space accounts
• Oversee program lifecycle performance (NPI through production)
• Ensure alignment of delivery, quality (FPY), and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets
• Drive customer satisfaction and strategic account expansion
• Lead cross-functional resolution of performance or margin gaps
• Champion innovation and portfolio expansion initiatives
• Align engineering, operations, and sales around successful NPI launches
• Validate financial justification and ensure target return thresholds are achieved
• Integrate validated market feedback into future roadmap planning
• Act as the central bridge across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and sales
• Track execution against strategic business plans and close performance gaps
• Foster accountability and alignment across teams to deliver profitable growth
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Program Leadership
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and margin accountability
• Experience within Space, Aerospace & Defense, or highly regulated technical markets
• Strong background in pricing strategy, quoting, and margin analysis
• Technical knowledge of interconnect products and complex harnesses is preferred
• Experience managing large, complex Tier 1 customer relationships
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes
